Who provides the service
StockTrendPro is operated by Maxwell Sgro, an individual sole proprietor in Petaluma, California, United States. Contact [email protected] for service, billing, or privacy questions.
These terms cover subscriptions purchased directly from StockTrendPro for the manual dashboard and signal downloads. Purchases through another seller remain subject to that seller's billing and cancellation arrangements; these terms do not replace them.
Eligibility and access
The initial direct offering is for United States residents who are legally able to enter into a subscription agreement. Provide your actual country of residence and accurate account and billing information. Do not select a different country to bypass availability restrictions.
Use one account for your own access. Keep login details private; do not share accounts, resell access, or redistribute the subscription signal feed. Download access is normally limited to one claim per account per published update across devices. Viewing the manual dashboard does not consume that download allowance.
Verify your email and create a password to activate access. Use that email and password for the manual app and compatible signal-download client. No brokerage login is required by the manual app.
What the subscription provides
Subscribers receive the same published stock-strategy signals and model information. The manual dashboard calculates quantities from values you enter; it does not read or reconcile your actual brokerage holdings, fills, objectives, or risk tolerance. You decide whether and how to trade and place and manage your own orders. This offering does not execute trades, hold customer investment funds, or include the automation app.
Trading can cause substantial losses, including loss of capital. Signals, reference prices, hypothetical backtests, and historical examples are not guarantees of execution or future results. Real results can differ because of timing, costs, taxes, leverage, market conditions, and your decisions. Review the published methodology and limitations; the displayed backtest is not a verified net live-account track record.
Signals are generally published around 7:30 p.m. Eastern for the next trading day's close. Check each view's date, the intended trading date, and your broker's order-entry windows and cutoffs. Publication or access can be interrupted; a stated usual schedule is not a guarantee.
Strategy updates and historical simulations
Your subscription provides access to an evolving strategy. Its rules and signals may change during your subscription; access to a fixed strategy version is not promised. Updates can change risk and performance and do not guarantee better results.
We may revise the signal-generating methodology, including security selection, entry and exit rules, position sizing, leverage, and trading frequency. Subscribers continue to receive the same published signals; changes are not individualized to a subscriber's portfolio or circumstances. We will communicate material strategy changes in advance, consistent with the subscription-change notice described below. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to trade and may cancel future renewals through your account. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Displayed historical results relate to the identified model archive and may be recalculated when the methodology changes. A revised backtest can apply rules developed later to earlier historical periods. It is a hypothetical simulation, not the signals actually published at the time or returns achieved by subscribers. Revised simulations do not replace the original record of published signals, and an improved backtest does not establish improved future performance.
Operator trading and compensation
The operator expects to trade securities that may appear in the same algorithmically generated signals and to receive those published signals at the same release time as subscribers. The operator may therefore hold positions in securities discussed by the service, creating a financial interest in their prices. No one pays the operator to include particular securities, and the operator receives no compensation for recommending a broker.
Support covers using the app and resolving account or technical issues. It does not include individualized portfolio recommendations, investment advice, or instructions tailored to your personal financial situation.
Seven-day trial, without automatic charges
Your seven-day trial begins when you verify your email and create your password. No payment card is required. The trial expires without a charge, and access stops unless you separately choose and pay for a subscription. One trial per account email; creating additional accounts to obtain repeated trials is not permitted.
Price, payment, and renewal
Choose $99 USD per month or $899 USD per year, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. Both plans provide the same manual app and signal access. Payment starts the paid period immediately, even if you have time left in the free trial.
Your selected paid plan automatically renews at its stated price and interval until you cancel. The no-card trial never starts a paid subscription automatically. You must affirmatively accept the recurring billing terms before proceeding to Stripe's hosted checkout.
Stripe processes payments and provides invoices and payment-method management. Service and billing emails include payment acknowledgments and cancellation information. We send the annual plan's renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal, with its price and a cancellation link. A failed or incomplete payment does not add paid access; retry and authentication notices may be sent. You can still sign in to manage billing after access expires.
We will communicate material subscription changes in advance and provide any legally required price-change notice and cancellation opportunity. A website edit alone does not authorize an undisclosed new charge.
Cancel renewal and request billing help
Sign in to your account page, choose Cancel renewal, and confirm before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. You can also use the cancellation option in the Stripe portal reached from your account. A cancellation reason is not required by the StockTrendPro account-page flow.
Payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact support about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a refund required by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
If you cannot sign in, use password reset on the account page. If that fails or you need help canceling, email support from your account email with “Cancel renewal” in the subject. We may need to verify account ownership; never send your password or full card number.
Privacy policy
This policy covers the public website at www.stocktrendpro.app, the manual dashboard at stocktrendpro.app, and the account/signal service at signals.stocktrendpro.app.
Information we process and why
- Account and access: email address, password hash, declared country, verification and recovery records, accepted terms, trial and subscription dates, session/device identifiers, browser details, and download/access records. We use these to provide access, secure accounts, enforce download limits, prevent abuse, and document consent.
- Billing: plan, payment and subscription identifiers, invoices, payment status, and information associated with your Stripe customer record. Stripe collects payment-method and billing details, including your billing address. Our account server does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Dashboard inputs: equity and display settings you enter are processed by the hosted dashboard to calculate and show quantities. They are not read from your brokerage account. Avoid entering brokerage credentials or unnecessary personal information.
- Support: your email and the messages or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer requests and resolve account or billing issues.
- Technical information: IP addresses, request times, browser/device information, and operational/security logs may be processed to deliver and protect the services, investigate errors, and monitor availability.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Cloudflare for website delivery/security, Amazon Web Services for server hosting and encrypted backups, Google/Gmail for account and support email, and Stripe (including Link when selected) for payments and customer billing tools. Providers process information needed for their roles and may also process technical or account information under their own policies: Cloudflare, AWS, Google, and Stripe. External payment pages may use their own cookies and fraud-prevention technology.
We may disclose records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, enforce account rules, or protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Trial signup does not subscribe you to marketing email. Transactional account, security, and billing messages are part of operating your account.
Cookies and tracking choices
Advertising-measurement privacy update: September 28, 2026. The subscription terms above remain version 2026-09-28-v3. Account sign-in uses an essential secure session cookie, and compatible clients may retain an authentication credential on your device. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account-page sign-in. The public chart/demo controls run in your browser. Optional Streamlit usage telemetry is disabled on the hosted manual app.
With your permission, we use Google Ads on the public marketing website and during account creation to measure whether advertising leads to a verified seven-day trial. Google may receive ad-click identifiers, cookie/device identifiers, your IP address and browser information, and a trial-completion event with a random-looking identifier used to prevent duplicate counts. We do not send your email, password, verification link, billing information, or portfolio inputs through this integration. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are disabled. Google's measurement code runs on the public marketing origin, separate from account forms.
Optional measurement starts only after you choose Allow measurement. Choose Decline to use the service without it, or use Ad measurement preferences on the marketing or account pages to withdraw permission for future measurement. We remember your preference for up to 180 days using a first-party cookie shared by our subdomains. If allowed, Google uses first-party advertising cookies to associate ad clicks with trials; conversion measurement is configured with a 30-day click window. A session record prevents repeated conversion events in the same browser session. Revoking permission stops this integration and attempts to remove its first-party Google advertising cookies; it does not retract information already sent to Google.
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional ad measurement off. These choices do not change essential account/security processing or access to the service. We do not enable remarketing or use this integration for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google describes its processing at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Payment and infrastructure providers may process information under their own policies when you use their services. Following an external link takes you to that provider's privacy practices.
Retention, security, and your requests
We keep account records while needed to provide and secure the service. Trial expiration or cancellation does not automatically delete an account: you retain access to account and billing tools. Billing, consent, dispute, and abuse-prevention records may be retained afterward for their relevant purposes and legal obligations. Recurring-billing consent evidence is retained for at least three years, or one year after the agreement ends, whichever is longer.
Operational backups normally rotate over approximately 30 days. Protected deployment/recovery archives may be retained longer for recovery and recordkeeping. Deletion from active systems is not instantaneous deletion from backups; backup copies are restricted and expire or are removed under the applicable retention process.
To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, email [email protected], preferably from your account email. We verify identity as appropriate, explain information we must retain, and handle applicable privacy rights. Do not send government ID, passwords, full card numbers, or brokerage credentials unless a specific, appropriate verification method has first been agreed.
We use encrypted connections, password hashing, restricted access, and protected backups. No internet service can promise absolute security. This service is intended for people legally able to enter into its subscription agreement, not children.
Policy updates
We post policy changes here with a new effective date. We will notify affected account holders by account email of material changes before they take effect where required. Earlier published subscription versions remain available, including September 28, 2026 (pre-launch revision), September 28, 2026 (initial policy) and September 26, 2026.
